Information Sessions
The Barrie and Community Family Health Team (BCFHT) is proud to offer several group education sessions as a means of sharing information with patients and families interested in learning more about health and wellness. Group sessions are developed and facilitated by our skilled team of Health Care Providers and are free of charge for all patients rostered with a physician within the BCFHT. The BCFHT strives to ensure that patients and families have access to a variety of quality services and programs, and will continue to both develop new and strengthen our current programs, services, and classes. If you would like to attend one of these sessions or are interested in learning more, please speak with your Health Care Provider.
