"Managing Your Cholesterol" Information Session
If you have been told by your medical professional that you have dyslipidemia, that means that you have irregular levels of blood fats, such as cholesterol and triglycerides, circulating in your blood. Over time, this can lead to heart disease but there are things that you can do to help prevent this from happening. By attending this introductory session, you will gain a better understanding of what dyslipidemia is, how to manage your cholesterol, and what diet and lifestyle changes you can make to help improve your health.
