Programs & Services

The following programs and services are offered by the Barrie & Community Family Health Team and all patient visits are covered by the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care. Health care providers within our programs and services work collaboratively with your Family Physician to provide care and meet your needs. After a visit with our health care providers, your health information is forwarded to your Family Physician and becomes part of your medical record.
